I would have preferred if the staff were a bit more attentive to the needs of us senior guests. It would have been nice to have some assistance offered without having to ask for it.

The Seating Areas - I couldn't help but feel like a VIP lounging on the wooden flooring in the cozy seating areas. It was like sitting on a throne, sipping my coffee, and planning my day in Viana do Castelo.
